• Everything in the universe is made of the five basic elements of air, fire, water, and earth, and space. Our body is made of these elements. All structures are made of these elements. All creation is made of these elements. By honoring the harmonious alignment of these five elements, we create personal harmony and inner peace. We reduce stress.
• We must respect nature and draw it into our realm. Nothing exists in isolation; nothing in the universe is random; we are all interconnected. 
• We must celebrate our unique individual self. Each one of us as well as all existence is divinely connected to the supreme creative force that created our universe.
